SE ACABÓ LA ERA CAVILL –James Gunn anuncia nueva película de Superman pero sin Henry.
Todo fue una corta y triste ilusión... tendremos nuevo Superman.

James Gunn, co-CEO de DC Studios, acudió a Twitter esta noche para anunciar que se está trabajando en una nueva película de Superman, que él mismo escribirá... pero Henry Cavill no estará involucrado.

“Peter [Safran] y yo tenemos una pizarra de DC lista para funcionar, por lo que no podríamos estar más entusiasmados; podremos compartir información interesante sobre nuestros primeros proyectos a principios del nuevo año”.
“Entre los que están en la lista está Superman. En las etapas iniciales, nuestra historia se centrará en una parte anterior de la vida de Superman, por lo que el personaje no será interpretado por Henry Cavill. Pero acabamos de tener una gran reunión con Henry y somos grandes admiradores y hablamos sobre una serie de posibilidades emocionantes para trabajar juntos en el futuro”.
Si bien James Gunn dice que ha estado escribiendo el guión de la nueva película de Superman desde hace un tiempo, todavía no tienen un director adjunto a la película.
Gunn también declaró que la nueva película no será una historia de origen, solo que la película se centrará en las primeras etapas de Superman.

“Acabo de tener una reunión con James Gunn y Peter Safran y son noticias tristes para todos. Después de todo, no regresaré como Superman. Después de que el estudio me dijera que anunciara mi regreso en octubre, antes de su contratación, esta noticia no es la más fácil, pero así es la vida. El cambio de guardia es algo que sucede. Respeto eso. James y Peter tienen un universo que construir. Les deseo a ellos y a todos los involucrados en el nuevo universo la mejor de las suertes y la más feliz de las fortunas”.

Y así finaliza una etapa muy esperada, con mucho futuro pero que no se concretó nunca para Henry Cavill. Para muchos, Henry será su Superman y el mejor.
